Stretching with your Child

Stretching with your baby is a great way to incorporate exercise into your everyday routine.
1. Place baby upright on mat.
2. Lift left leg as high as you can.
3. Abs tight as you lift.
4. Extend arms to baby.
5. Hold 20-30 seconds.
